Revisions

If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we offer a revision policy allowing two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revisions may incur a fee based on the requested changes. All revision requests must be made within ten (10) working days of the final product delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your project. Cancellation fees may apply based on the project stage and allocated resources. No cancellation fee is charged if canceled before project initiation. After project commencement, a cancellation fee may apply, and after the final product delivery, no refunds will be provided. We reserve the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, providing a full refund.
